Delivery

Our delivery and packing charge is shown, and is charged at standard parcel rate and covers all UK destinations (excluding The Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Island and The Outer Hebrides).

Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery if you require your products sooner please contact us for additional postage charges.

If you require a delivery to The Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Island and The Outer Hebrides or Europe please contact us for a quote.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver outside of Europe due to export regulations and laws.

If you wish and are in the area you could always call in at our premises and collect your order.

Pricing, product description and availability.

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling. All descriptions are approximate as honey is a natural product its colour and taste may change from season to season.

All products shown on our website should be in stock, in the unlikely event that items are ordered are out of stock we will contact you offering the following.

1. Substitute the product for one of equal or greater value.

2. We will back order the product and dispatch it when it is in stock this could take up to 28 working days.

3. You could take this opportunity to cancel your order.

Payment options

Simply browse our store and add any items you wish to buy to the shopping cart, once you are satisfied that you have selected the correct items click on checkout and follow the instructions. You will be asked for further details so that we can complete your order and payment will be made through Stripe or PayPal.

Or simply call in at the premises but please telephone us first before setting off to confirm our opening hours.

Returns and refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return the complete order with products unopened within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us stating why you are returning the goods, when we have received the complete order we will refund you in the manner in which you paid.

Honeycomb cannot be held responsible for peoples differing tastes and products cannot be returned for this reason. All our descriptions are based on our taste and could differ from your individual taste.

Loss and damage in transit

If your order has not been received within 10 working days please contact us and we will track your order. Should it be found to be lost we will contact you to discuss your options or reship your order. If your order is received damaged please contact us and we will organise delivery of a new shipment and collection of the damaged goods.

Data protection.

Honeycomb company complies fully with the data protection laws in the UK we will only use the information your have given us to process your order as efficiently it will not be passed on to any third parties by us.
