Deliciously rounded and full of flavour, we blend our classic organic blossom honey with organic royal jelly.
Royal Jelly is a rich food source reserved only for Queen Bees in the hive, triggering her transformation into the only breeding member of the colony. It is composed of 12-14% protein, 11% simple sugars, 5% fatty acids and many trace minerals, enzymes, pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) and trace amounts of vitamin C.

Dark amber in colour, forest honey has a deep, toffee flavour and works wonderfully on pastries, toast or drizzled on yoghurt.
A beautiful organic, medium strength honey with a rounded taste and sweet flavour, our organic blossom honey is gathered from wildflower foraging bees. It is a high quality, pure honey that’s perfect as a table condiment for spreading on bread and pastries or using in everyday cooking.
We take care to minimise any heating required in the packing process to bring you the finest honey in its most natural, delicious state direct from the hive.
Silky, subtle and light, our organic Acacia comes from selected beekeepers in In Bulgaria and China from the country’s woodlands . It is of exceptionally high quality, giving a crystal clear, delicate honey.
A low acidity level and high fructose content makes it a great alternative to sugar as a sweetener, as it won’t crystallise or inhibit other flavours.
Each bee pollen pellet contains over two million flower pollen grains. Bees collect pollen from flowers as they forage and press the grains together with tiny amounts of honey to seal it into pellets.
Pollen is the principle source of nourishment within a bee colony, being rich in protein and containing more amino acids than beef, eggs, or cheese of equal weight.
Manuka honey is produced by bees foraging on the tea tree plants of New Zealand. Every crop is laboratory tested to establish its Non-Peroxide Activity (NPA) which indicates the purity and concentration of authentic Manuka honey.
Our Organic Manuka honey is certified NPA 10+, rich and herbal in flavour, we recommend keeping a jar on the kitchen table as well as in the medicine cabinet!
